Summary:

The “Logisitics Coordinator” is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the offsite warehouse location. The coordinator handles the daily flow of product into and out of the location through interactions with the 3PL supplier. Support delivery performance and safety KPIs

Responsibilities:

• Setup and coordinate transfers to and from York and Sacramento warehouses
• Posting and scanning of warehouse pick/ship documents that are delivered at the 3 PLocation
• Coordination of inbound air, ocean, and domestic freight with freight forwarders and 3PL administrators
• Coordination of outbound truck shipments with production planning, logistics and 3PL admin.
• Maintain Inventory accuracy and investigate and resolve any systematic inconsistencies.
• Post all transactions in MRP system (Microsoft NAV)
• Assist logistics when needed
• Cycle-counting
• Annual physical inventory
• Receiving/put-away, picking and shipping duties as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Good oral and written communication ability.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse, shipping and inventory processes
• High school graduate.
• 1-2 years similar experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, and MRP systems (preferred)
• Excellent IT skills, speed and accuracy

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 70lbs at a time.
• Must wear gloves and ear protection.
